最近两年佛山LED显示屏产业发展呈现哪些新的特点?LED外延芯片、封装、应用等发展情况怎么样?有哪些新的变化?　　彭万华根据中国光协光电器件分会统计，近两年LED产量、销售值均有较大幅度的提高，特别是高亮度LED 器件增长率为50%，高亮度LED芯片增长率超过100%。在技术上采用新技术新工艺取得可喜成果，如外延方面在硅衬底上生长GaN，功率LED芯片可进入产业化，解决1W LED封装技术问题，在提高内量子效率、外量子效率和封装的取光效率等方面均取得较好的成果。近两年LED的应用推广全方位开展，几乎有光源和信息显示的设备、装置、部件等，L ED产品就会进入试验，逐步发展成新的LED应用产品。但还存在较严重的问题，LED高性能的芯片和功率芯片仍未突破，依赖进口，目前国内LED产品以中低档为主，且规模偏小。　　范玉钵从当前发展状况看，我们注意到LED产业发展的一些新的特点：一是LED产业发展更趋成熟和理智。二是无论从全球来看，还是从中国来看，LED技术进步的速度比预计的要快，主要指标看来有可能提前实现。三是国内基于硅衬底的氮化镓基LED新技术路线的逐步成熟并进入量产，将对白光LED产业发展产生新的推动作用。四是应用市场启动的速度之快，基地建设示范项目的作用之大，目前已涉及的范围之广，也已超过预期，对LED封装业的规模水平提升提出了更高要求。五是国外和我国港台资本以及民营资本介入佛山LED显示屏产业的力度明显加大。六是研发及产业联盟，LED及相关行业协会学会的作用以及从全行业看一批管理和技术精英队伍的作用，都已不容忽视。七是行业发展所必需的标准建设、专利建设、检测平台建设的实际推进也产生了较大作用。　　郭玉国我很赞成本专题开篇的那句话：最近两年LED产业从喧嚣的半导体照明中冷静下来，我国LED产业发展日趋成熟和理智，这句话里面的现象和结论之间，的确有必然的联系。
